贯穿江泽民同志“七一”讲话的核心是“三个代表”重要思想。代表先进生产力发展要求是我们党始终站在时代前列,保持先进性的根本体现和根本要求。不断解放和发展生产力是我们党长期的中心任务。对伊通满族自治县来说,认真践行“三个代表”的重要思想,就是要把握社会生产力的发展趋势和要求,以经济建设为中心,坚持改革开放,推进县域经济跨越式发展。推进县域经济跨越式发展,主要是在扩大总量、优化结构、提高效益上实现突破。实践“三个代表”要求,推进经济跨越式发展,必须在扩大经济总量上实现突破。
