快速发展的电子商务已成为推动快递业持续发展的重要动力。特别是进入移动互联网时代以来,市场对快递服务的需求更是不断高涨。中国物流与采购联合会发布的数据显示,2013年我国快递服务企业累计完成业务量92亿件,市场规模升至世界第二位,同比增速高达61.6%,连续五年平均增长率达43.5%。另据中国互联网网络信息中心发布的报告,2014年6月我国网络购物用户达到3.3亿,电子商务交易规模突破10万亿元
