我科1976年至1983年收治凝固酶阴性的表皮葡萄球菌(表葡菌)败血症20例,误诊16例,诊断按李晏真等提出的标准,具备一项者即可诊断,现将误诊病例分析如下。 一、一般资料 男12例,女4例,年龄5～12岁(3岁以下14例),病程4～70天,平均16天。夏秋季发病14例(占87.5％),并Ⅱ°以上营养不良12例,佝偻病7例,消化道霉菌感染5例,肺脓肿,脓胸,烧伤各1例。
