关于D测量中均方根转换系数的讨论

本文采用传递函数的方法计算了圆光斑经扇形调制盘调制后产生的频谱公式,给出了均方根转换系数的计算公式,并对使用这些公式中存在的一些问题进行了讨论。

In this paper, we use the transfer function method to calculate the spectrum formula of the circular spot modulated by the fan-shaped modulation disk, give the calculation formula of the root mean square conversion coefficient, and discuss some problems in the use of these formulas.
