Taiyuan Qingxu County, Wu Village, perennial drinking water is too high manganese content, primary students hair manganese, blood manganese levels were 1.242ug / g, 617nmol / L (3.39ug / dl). Higher than normal children, academic performance is lower than normal children. In order to explore the relationship between the excessive manganese content and low learning ability in the body, the authors measured serum serotonin, dopamine, norepinephrine and acetylcholinesterase in 92 primary school students. The results showed that the four neurotransmitters were lower than normal children . Academic achievement (language, math, overall average) was positively correlated with most neurotransmitters. The results of multiple linear regression showed that the order of neurotransmitters that affect language and overall average score was serotonin, norepinephrine, acetylcholinesterase and dopamine. The order of neurotransmitters that affect math scores was norepinephrine, 5- Serotonin, acetylcholinesterase and dopamine.
