新常态经济背景下,档案管理工作亟需转型,档案管理人员如何应对新的挑战,是当前档案管理人员重点思考的问题。基于当前档案管理人员理念滞后、知识更新慢、专业能力不足等现实问题,因此,应高度重视其继续教育,以此来提高职业素养。本文作者结合自身多年工作经验,对如何加强档案管理人员继续教育提出个人建议,仅供参考。
Under the background of the new normal economy, archives management needs to be transformed urgently and how archivists should meet the new challenges is a key issue for archivists. Based on the current management personnel such as the concept of lagging lags, the knowledge update is slow, lack of professional ability and other practical problems, therefore, should attach great importance to their continuing education, in order to improve professionalism. The author combined his many years of work experience, on how to strengthen the continuous management of file management staff to make personal recommendations, for reference purposes only.
