大学生就业的结构性矛盾存在有其现实基础,它的解决需要各方面协调配合。大学生就业问题也不仅仅是大学生自己的事情,而是涉及到大学生、学校和社会三个方面的问题,需要大学生从自身实际出发,全面客观的认识自己、认清形势,增强实践操作能力,先打工、再就业、后择业;需要学校与时俱进,按照市场需要及时调整课程设置、更新教学内容,培养市场需要的人才;需要社会积极参与学校订单式教学,节约培训成本,提高用人效率。
The structural contradictions in the employment of college students have their realistic foundation, and their solutions need coordination and cooperation from all aspects. The problem of employment for college students is not only for college students themselves but also for college students, schools and the society. Students need to understand themselves in an objective and objective manner, understand the situation and enhance their practical ability. Work, reemployment and post-employment; need schools to keep pace with the times, adjust curriculums in time according to the needs of the market, update teaching contents and train talents needed by the market; and require society to participate actively in order-based teaching in schools so as to save training costs and increase employment efficiency.
