目的:建立高效毛细管电泳法测定小儿清肺化痰颗粒中的有效成分盐酸麻黄碱和苦杏仁苷的含量。方法:采用未涂层熔融石英毛细管柱(57 cm×75μm,有效长度50 cm)为分离通道,以20 mmol.L-1硼砂-甲醇(95:5)为电泳介质,分离电压25 kV,检测波长207 nm。结果:在上述条件下,盐酸麻黄碱和苦杏仁苷在20 min内得到很好的分离,分别在0.0410~0.8200 mg.mL-1、0.1070~2.1400 mg.mL-1与峰面积线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为98.6%。结论:方法简便快速、结果准确、重复性好,可用于小儿清肺化痰颗粒的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a high performance capillary electrophoresis method for the determination of pediatric Qingfei Huatan granules active ingredient ephedrine hydrochloride and amygdalin content. Methods: Uncoated fused silica capillary column (57 cm × 75 μm, effective length 50 cm) was used as the separation channel. The separation was performed with 20 mmol·L-1 borax-methanol (95: 5) Wavelength of 207 nm. Results: Under the above conditions, the ephedrine hydrochloride and amygdalin were well separated within 20 min, with a linear relationship of 0.0410 ~ 0.8200 mg.mL-1, 0.1070 ~ 2.1400 mg.mL-1 and peak area, respectively. The average recovery was 98.6%. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, accurate and reproducible. It can be used for quality control of Qingfei Huatan granules in children.
