公路工程施工的现场管理是施工管理的核心,是企业经济目标向物质成果转化的场所。加强现场管理是施工企业管理工作的重要方面。加强现场管理就是要在一定的时间和空间内有组织、有计划、有秩序地施工,以实现公路建设项目快速、优质、低耗。
The on-site management of highway construction is the core of construction management and the place where the economic goals of enterprises are transformed into the material achievements. Strengthening on-site management is an important aspect of construction enterprise management.
