2016年9月,《中国学生发展核心素养》总体框架发布,明确提出了学生应具备的、能够适应终身发展和社会发展需要的必备品格和关键能力。学生发展核心素养是当前落实立德树人根本任务的一项重要举措,我们必须深入了解、系统学习、积极落实。行为是思维、价值、逻辑与社会事实融合的结果,在社会信息化、利益多样化及经济全球化趋势下,学生的行为需要思维引领、价值引导、逻辑保障、社会考量,如此才能有效实现行为的辩证性、全面性和统一性。在核心素养视域,教师必须更新学生观,综合考量学生行为并将其融于学生行为判断中,以此对学生作出全面、合理、正确的评价,引导学生行为的价值追求与坚守,使其敢于面对和积极适应各种因素,逐步成长为全面发展的人。张平俊、赵国河两位同志从思维因素、价值因素、逻辑因素、社会因素四方面,考量学生行为的价值追求与坚守,既有理论高度的阐述,也有实践维度的例举,视野开阔,分析透彻,鞭辟入里,为我们深入认识学生行为的价值作出了理论性、智慧性示范,让人受益匪浅。
