总结３７例（３８只眼）处理晶体脱位并同期行人工晶体植入的经验。本文的病例晶体脱位原因各异，以外伤为主。包括半脱位及全脱位于前房、玻璃体及视网膜前。处理方法均采用手术治疗，采用不同的术式去除脱位晶体，同时植入前房型或后房型（包括睫状沟缝合固定型）人工晶体。结果表明，治疗后的视力均有不同程度提高，且并发症少，提示手术效果令人满意。本文讨论了去除晶体的各种术式和植入人工晶体的类型及方法的选择经验。
Summary 37 cases (38 eyes) treatment of dislocation of the crystal and the same period the experience of intraocular lens implantation. The dislocation of the crystal case in this article for different reasons, mainly to trauma. Including subluxation and full off the anterior chamber, vitreous and the retina. Treatment methods are surgical treatment, the use of different surgical removal of dislocation crystals, while implanted anterior chamber or posterior chamber (including ciliary sulcus suture fixed) intraocular lens. The results showed that after treatment, visual acuity improved in varying degrees, and fewer complications, suggesting satisfactory results. This article discusses the various options for removing crystals and the experience of choosing the type and method of implanted intraocular lens.
