本文简述了快速失重法及其实验装置和物料的极限烘干温度，得出了极限烘干温度下粉粒物料水分蒸发的数学模型，通过快速失重法和标准法测量物料水分的比较，证明了快速失重法是一种可靠、正确的测量物料水分的方法，测量精度为±０．１％含水量（绝对误差）。基于研究，研制出在线快速失重式粉粒物料水分仪，给出了仪器的组成、技术指标和特点，该仪器经在线使用，取得良好效果。
In this paper, the rapid drying method of weight loss and its experimental drying equipment and the drying temperature of the material were briefly introduced.
