近些年来,信息系统的用户行为研究得到学术界的关注和重视。文章从决策机制的角度分析了现有的关于信息系统持续使用的研究,将用户的信息系统使用决策行为划分为理性决策、情感决策和习惯决策三个阶段。理性决策强调用户持续使用某一信息系统是一种有意识的理性决策行为;情感决策强调用户在使用某一信息系统的过程中形成的情感、感觉和态度等心理感受会影响其持续使用该系统的意愿;习惯决策则意味着用户持续使用某一信息系统是一种无意识的重复行为。文章重点介绍了在信息系统使用中维持现状偏好理论的具体体现,及其对用户使用决策的影响,以期对后续研究提供有益借鉴。
In recent years, the research on user behavior of information system has drawn the attention of academic circles. The article analyzes the existing research on the continuous use of information system from the perspective of decision-making mechanism, and divides user’s decision-making behavior of information system into three stages: rational decision, emotional decision and custom decision. Rational decision-making emphasizes that continuous use of a certain information system by users is a conscious and rational decision-making behavior. Emotional decision-making emphasizes that emotions, feelings and attitudes formed by users in using an information system may affect their continued use of the system Will; habitual decision-making means that users continue to use an information system is an unconscious repetitive behavior. This article mainly introduces the concrete manifestation of the theory of maintaining the status quo in the use of information system and its influence on user’s usage decision-making, so as to provide useful reference for the follow-up research.
