我曾在《对小提琴人才培养的思考》(详见本刊2004年第四期)一文中,提出了一些问题,现在想就这些问题再作进一步的思考和讨论。小提琴人才的培养过程和其他人才有什么不同?学乐器为什么要从小开始?为什么长期学小提琴有的人进步很快,有的人却越学毛病越多?在学习过程中,每换一位老师就要改方法,是前面的老师教错了?还是后面的老师故意标新立异?有的孩子从小得了不少奖,后来却无声无息,有的小时候成绩平平,长大后却很出色,这到底是因为什么?
