根据影响住宅性能的主要因素，运用多目标决策的层次分析法建立了住宅性能综合评价模型，为我国制定住宅性能评价方法提供决策参考。
According to the main factors that affect the residential performance, a comprehensive evaluation model of residential performance is established by the analytic hierarchy process of multi-objective decision-making to provide decision-making reference for the development of residential performance evaluation method in our country.
