我们跃进的口号是:短、大、省,即研究时间短,成果最大,费用最省。跃进内容如下:(一)油田开发:1.发现一个油、气田,我们就及时作出一个油、气田开发方案(或者草案),只要现场供给资料,小油田三个月(如玉门石油沟),中型油田五个月(如老君庙),大型油田八个月保证完成开发方案(或草案),并在二年后作到独立设计,五年内达到国际水平。2.克拉玛依油田,提前八个月完成设计方案。
