目的了解黏液型和非黏液型铜绿假单胞菌感染分布特点及其耐药性。方法回顾性分析2015年1月-2016年12月临床分离黏液型和非黏液型铜绿假单胞菌分布特征及其对抗生素的敏感率,分析其耐药特点。结果黏液型铜绿假单胞菌主要来自呼吸道标本(占89.0%)。黏液型铜绿假单胞菌对美罗培南、亚胺培南、阿米卡星的敏感率为100.0%,对头孢吡肟等14种抗生素的敏感率为87.0%~99.0%。非黏液型铜绿假单胞菌对美罗培南、亚胺培南的敏感率分别为28.8%、28.4%,对其他抗生素的敏感率为14.5%~41.0%。结论黏液型铜绿假单胞菌主要分离自呼吸道标本,分离的科室主要是以老年患者居多的科室。非黏液型铜绿假单胞菌对常用17种抗生素的耐药率明显高于黏液型铜绿假单胞菌。
Objective To investigate the distribution and drug resistance of mucoid and non-mucoid Pseudomonas aeruginosa infections. Methods The distribution characteristics of mucoid and non-mucoid Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolated from January 2015 to December 2016 were analyzed retrospectively. The susceptibility to antibiotics was analyzed. Results Mucous Pseudomonas aeruginosa mainly came from airway samples (89.0%). The susceptibilities of mucoid Pseudomonas aeruginosa to meropenem, imipenem and amikacin were 100.0%, and those of 14 antibiotics such as cefepime were 87.0% -99.0%. The sensitivity rates of non-mucoid Pseudomonas aeruginosa to Meropenem and Imipenem were 28.8% and 28.4%, respectively. The sensitivity to other antibiotics was 14.5% -41.0%. Conclusion Mucous Pseudomonas aeruginosa is mainly isolated from respiratory specimens, and the separated departments are mainly the departments of elderly patients. The resistance rates of non-mucoid Pseudomonas aeruginosa to commonly used 17 antibiotics were significantly higher than that of mucoid Pseudomonas aeruginosa.
