Sturge—Weber 综合征较少见,我院遇到一例报告如下:患者男性,13岁。该患出生时即左侧颜面部呈紫红色母斑、身体其它部分发育正常,其母在怀孕六个月时肤部曾受外伤,当时出现腹痛、阴道出血,经保胎治疗和休息后症状消失,足月分娩,体重3.5公斤,除左侧颜面部有母斑外其余发育均正常。患儿出生后九个月即能站立,一次不慎摔倒,头部着地,发生全身抽搐,间断持续72小时。此后每月发作1—2次,均为母斑对侧肢体。体检患者身高1.2米、体重41公斤。发育中等,毛发分布正常。左侧颜面部相当三叉神经分布区呈紫红色母斑,表皮有温热感。左侧下唇增大,紫红色并有小结节状突出。双侧瞳孔等大、光反射存在,眼
Sturge-Weber syndrome is rare, our hospital encountered a case report as follows: Male patient, 13 years old.
