目的对本院中药处方质量现状进行调查研究。方法对12685份中药处方展开回顾性分析,对从配方开始至患者服用的整个过程进行随机质量检测和调查。结果 12685份处方中有2274份没有达到标准,占总处方数的17.93%。其中存在的主要问题有项目书写不全(22.64%);临床诊断书写不规范(33.47%);用法用量书写不规范(12.23%);签章不规范(8.00%)。结论本院中药处方存在一定的质量问题,应加强对中药处方的管理。
Objective To investigate the present situation of prescription quality in our hospital. Methods A retrospective analysis of 12,685 prescriptions of Chinese medicine was conducted. Random quality tests and surveys were conducted on the entire process from the start of formulation to the taking of patients. Results 1274 out of 12685 prescriptions did not meet the standard, accounting for 17.93% of the total number of prescriptions. Among them, the main problems were incomplete writing (22.64%), non-standard clinical diagnosis (33.47%), non-standard usage (12.23%), and non-standard signature (8.00%). Conclusion There are some quality problems in our hospital prescriptions, we should strengthen the management of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions.
