近年来,我国现代化信息技术得到了很大的发展,且普及地运用到各个行业当中。化工企业的档案管理就是其中一例。现代化信息技术让了传统的化工企业的档案管理方式发生了巨大的变化,极大地促进了化工企业在档案管理的发展。本文将从现代化信息技术的角度针对现代化信息对化工等企业档案管理带来的影响进行阐述,并且提出了几点建议,期望可以对企业的档案管理有所帮助。
In recent years, our country’s modernized information technology has obtained the very big development, and applies it universally to each profession. Chemical enterprise file management is one example. The modernized information technology has changed the archives management mode of the traditional chemical enterprises tremendously and greatly promoted the development of the archives management of the chemical enterprises. This article will explain the influence of modern information on archives management in chemical industry from the perspective of modern information technology, and put forward some suggestions in the hope that it can be helpful to enterprise archives management.
