解决城乡教育发展的不均衡问题,最根本的是要培养和稳定农村教师队伍。近年来,我国多次提高农村教师待遇,目前城乡教师的工资标准已没有很大差别,但农村学校在软环境方面的建设还较为薄弱,影响了教师的成长和稳定。相关部门需要给教师提供更多的学习机会,创建有效的激励机制并营造浓厚的教育氛围,使他们能够迅速成长并安心从教,从而为农村教育事业多做贡献。
To solve the imbalanced development of urban and rural education, the most fundamental issue is to train and stabilize rural teachers. In recent years, the remuneration of rural teachers has been raised many times in our country. At present, the salary standards for urban and rural teachers have not changed much. However, the construction of rural schools in the soft environment is still relatively weak, which affects the growth and stability of teachers. Relevant departments need to provide more learning opportunities for teachers, create effective incentive mechanisms and create a strong educational atmosphere so that they can grow rapidly and feel comfortable teaching them so that they can make more contributions to rural education.
