心电(ECG)信号的检测过程中易受到多种干扰,其中基线漂移是较难消除的干扰之一,它可导致记录失真,干扰诊断。实验表明,呼吸波是导致基线漂移的主要因素之一,抑制呼吸波可有效抑制基线漂移。本文采用自适应滤波算法进行ECG信号中的呼吸波干扰抑制的研究,通过理论分析、软件仿真和对实际采集的ECG信号的处理,验证了所研究方法的可行性,成功地消除了ECG信号中的呼吸波干扰,抑制了基线漂移。该算法原理简单,收敛速度快,抑制基线漂移的效果明显,具有较高的理论及实际应用价值。
Electrocardiogram (ECG) signals are susceptible to a variety of disturbances during detection. Baseline drift is one of the more difficult to eliminate disturbances that can lead to distortions and interference with diagnosis. Experiments show that the respiratory wave is one of the main factors leading to baseline drift, respiratory depression can effectively inhibit the baseline drift. In this paper, adaptive filtering algorithm for the study of respiratory wave interference suppression in ECG signal, through the theoretical analysis, software simulation and the actual acquisition of the ECG signal processing to verify the feasibility of the study, the successful elimination of the ECG signal Of the respiratory wave interference, inhibiting the baseline drift. The algorithm has the advantages of simple principle, fast convergence rate, obvious effect of suppressing baseline drift, and high theoretical and practical value.
