赵毅敏同志(原名刘焜),汉族,1904年1月5日出生,河南省滑县人。 1909年至1917年读私塾和小学,1917年至1922年直接考入开封留学欧美预备学校学习,1922年至1923年在河北大学学习,1924年赴法国勤工俭学,当即积极投身革命运动。1925年在法国因支援上海工人“五卅”罢工斗争而被捕入狱。1925年加入中国共产主义青年团,翌年转入中国共产党。1925年11月至1928年11月在莫斯科东方大学学习,学习期间兼做青年团委宣传部长和课堂翻译。1928年末至1929年中东路事变时,在哈尔滨、绥芬河
