近年来,随着我国医疗卫生体制改革的进展,医院之间的竞争越来越激烈,医院已经作为一个独立的经济实体,这也对医院强化财务管理提出了新要求。在这一新条件下,医院的财务管理工作已逐步深入到医院的各个环节中。本文就医院财务管理中尚存在的问题进行系统论述,并对强化财务管理提出合理化对策。
In recent years, with the progress of the medical and health system reform in our country, the competition among hospitals is getting fiercer and fiercer. The hospital has already been regarded as an independent economic entity. It also sets new requirements for the hospital to strengthen the financial management. Under this new condition, the hospital’s financial management has been gradually deepening to all aspects of the hospital. This article systematically discusses the existing problems in the hospital financial management, and puts forward reasonable measures to strengthen the financial management.
