俞榮根先生是我國當代著名的法學專家、儒學研究專家,幾十年來致力於以孔子、儒家法思想爲主的中華法系研究,創獲良多,著作等身,對儒學、法學研究及現代民主法制建設都作出重要貢獻。自2007年以來,先生幾乎每年都來曲阜參加世界儒學大會,然會議期間由於先生須主持會議或閉幕式,事務繁忙,我們不便叨擾,一直未能當面訪談。不過,幸運的是,2011年第四届儒學大會之後,由宋立林、陈以鳳擬定訪談提綱,然後我們通過電子郵件約請先生筆談,俞先生欣然接受,百忙之中認真詳細地回答了我們的問題。字裏行間閃現著先生對儒家法文化與現代民主和法制建設的獨到思考。現将此次筆談的稿子整理刊登於此,以饗讀者。
Mr. Yu Ronggen is a well-known legal expert and researcher of Confucianism in China. He has devoted himself to studying the Chinese legal system mainly based on the thinking of Confucius and Confucianism for decades and has won numerous books and writings. His studies on Confucianism, law and modern democracy and legal system Have made important contributions. Since 2007, Mr. Qufu has been attending the Confucian Confucianism Conference in Qufu almost every year. However, due to the need to preside over the meeting or the closing ceremony during the meeting, the business is busy. We are inconvenient and have not been interviewed in person. Fortunately, however, after the Fourth Confucian Congress in 2011, an outline for the interview was drawn up by Song Liling and Chen Yifeng, and then we asked Mr. E-mail to write about the issue. Mr. Yu readily accepted and answered our questions with earnestness and detailedness . The flashing of lines between the lines reflects Mr. Liu’s unique thinking on the legal culture of Confucianism and the construction of modern democracy and the legal system.
