中国文学和中国文化进入澳大利亚,文学节是一个重要渠道。澳大利亚的“阿得莱德作家周”、“墨尔本作家节”和“悉尼作家节”等众多的文学节,自20世纪八十年代起,通过邀请中国大陆的作家翻译家和来自海外与澳洲本土的华人华裔作家,并在文学节上推介他们的文学作品,把中国文学和中国文化、历史介绍给了澳大利亚的读者,发挥了两国文化交流的桥梁作用。
Chinese literature and Chinese culture into Australia, literary festival is an important channel. Many literary festivals in Australia, such as “Adelaide Writers Week”, “Melbourne Writers Festival” and “Sydney Writers Festival”, have invited writers and translators from mainland China since the 1980s Chinese writers from overseas and Australia, and introduced their literary works at literary festivals. They introduced Chinese literature and Chinese culture and history to Australian readers and played a bridge role in cultural exchanges between the two countries.
