职工思想政治教育是提高职工理论水平和认识水平的主要途径。在社会主义市场经济条件下,重提思想政治教育十分必要。同时,我们发现,当前职工思想政治教育力度不够,实效性差。主要原因是,只重视对职工进行形势教育,忽略了系统的理论学习,与社会发展和人们变化了的观念不相适应,极需改革。本文仅就这一点谈点个人体会。
The ideological and political education of staff and workers is the main way to raise the theoretical level and the level of knowledge of staff and workers. Under the condition of socialist market economy, it is very necessary to re-emphasize ideological and political education. At the same time, we found that the current workers’ ideological and political education is not enough and its effectiveness is poor. The main reason is that they only attach importance to educating the workers on the situation and neglecting the systematic theoretical study. They are not in conformity with the social development and people’s changing ideas, and they are in great need of reform. This article only talk about personal experience.
