文章阐述了目前设备、材料价格管理中存在的问题,并结合了油田实际分析了因材料、设备价格不准导致竣工结算超计划投资的主要原因,提出了对设备、材料价格管理的建议及对策,指出控制材料、设备价格,首先要加强价格信息网的基础性工作,其次做好工程造价运动过程中的价格管理,最后努力做好物资供应管理,从源头上降低物资采购和物流成本。
The article expounds the problems existing in the current equipment and material price management. Combining with the actual analysis of the oil field, the main reason for the completion and settlement of over-planned investment caused by the price of materials and equipment is analyzed.
