早春蔬菜是江西省永丰县农业生产的一项主导产业。近年来,通过生产实践,利用大棚种植早春苦瓜,畦上套种生姜,在恩江、瑶田等乡镇进行较大面积的推广应用,既可提高土地利用率,又可给姜遮荫,取得了较好的经济和社会效益。每667m2产苦瓜1950kg、生姜1000kg,产值分别为4700元、2200元,共计6900元,除去竹木大棚(棚架、遮阳网、无滴膜等)800元及种子、化肥、农药等投入600元,每667m2纯收入5500元。现将其关键技术介绍如下。
