党的十一届三中全会以来,在改革开放的方针指引下,上海古籍出版社与其他出版单位一样,有了很大的发展。由于古籍出版物有专业性较强、读者面较窄的特点,加上近几年古籍整理和学术研究著作印数锐减,出版社面临很多困难。但全社职工齐心协力,奋发进取,为走出困境、开创古籍图书出版的新局面,作了多方面的探索,取得一些经验。归纳起来,有以下四个方面。
Since the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Party, guided by the guideline of reform and opening up, the Shanghai Ancient Books Publishing House, like other publishing units, has made great strides. Due to the specialties of the ancient books and the narrower readership, as well as the drastic reduction in the number of books on ancient books and academic researches in recent years, publishing houses are facing many difficulties. However, the staff and workers of the whole community make concerted efforts and made progress making achievements. They have made various explorations and gained some experience in order to get out of the predicament and create a new situation in the publishing of ancient books. To sum up, there are the following four aspects.
