本次年度贸易管制政策调整,国家相关部委与海关总署发布联合公告10个,涉及20个监管证件。根据《2014年关税实施方案》对税则税目的调整情况,以及加强进出口管理的需要,商务部、环境保护部、农业部、质检总局、食品药品监管总局、国家濒管办等国家主管部门联合海关总署对2014年进出口贸易管制商品目录进行了调整。为便于全面了解掌握国家2014年贸管新政,特针对相关管制目录调整情况进行汇总,供读者参考。
