[研究背景 ]铅中毒所致的急性腹痛易与外科急腹症混淆 ,临床上往往被忽视 ,导致误诊或延迟诊断 .[病例报告 ]3例病例接诊时均误诊为急腹症 ,后经尿铅检查确定诊断 ,3例均系服用中药秘方所致 .[讨论 ]对突然发作的阵发性腹部绞痛而腹部体征不典型者应考虑铅中毒的可能性 .
[Background] Acute abdominal pain caused by lead poisoning is easily confused with surgical acute abdomen and is often overlooked in clinical practice, leading to misdiagnosis or delayed diagnosis. [Case Report] All 3 cases were misdiagnosed as acute abdomen after admissions, Determination of urinary lead to confirm the diagnosis, three cases were taking Chinese medicine recipe due to [Discussion] For sudden onset of paroxysmal abdominal cramps and abdominal signs of atypical cases should consider the possibility of lead poisoning.
