目的:研究SPGL对K562细胞增殖的影响。方法:采用K562细胞液体培养、集落形成实验、MTT检测法,观察了SPGL对K562细胞增殖的影响。结果:SPGL能显著地抑制K562细胞的增殖,且此种抑制作用呈剂量依赖关系。结论:SPGL能有效的抑制K562细胞的增殖。
Objective: To study the effect of SPGL on the proliferation of K562 cells. Methods: K562 cell culture, colony formation assay and MTT assay were used to observe the effect of SPGL on the proliferation of K562 cells. Results: SPGL could significantly inhibit the proliferation of K562 cells in a dose-dependent manner. Conclusion: SPGL can effectively inhibit the proliferation of K562 cells.
