目的探讨手指屈指运动联合综合康复训练改善脑卒中后偏瘫患者活动功能的效果。方法选择2015年5月—2017年5月商丘市第一人民医院康复科收治的脑卒中后偏瘫患者50例,随机将其分为观察组与对照组,各25例。对照组予综合康复训练,观察组予手指屈指运动联合综合康复训练;比较两组手和上肢活动功能恢复情况。结果观察组患者手和上肢活动功能显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在脑卒中后偏瘫患者中采用手指屈指运动联合综合康复训练能够提高患者活动功能。
Objective To explore the effect of finger flexor exercise combined with comprehensive rehabilitation training to improve the hemiplegic hemiplegic patients after stroke activity. Methods From May 2015 to May 2017, 50 patients with post-stroke hemiplegia who were admitted to the rehabilitation department of Shangqiu First People’s Hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 25 cases in each group. The control group was given comprehensive rehabilitation training. The observation group was given finger flexor exercise combined with comprehensive rehabilitation training. The recovery of hand and upper limb function was compared between the two groups. Results The activities of hand and upper limbs in observation group were significantly better than those in control group (P <0.05). Conclusions The use of finger flexor and comprehensive rehabilitation training in patients with post-stroke hemiplegia can improve the patient’s mobility.
