水土保持普查是水利普查的重要内容,也是国情国力调查和国家资源环境调查的重要组成部分。开展水土保持普查是为了全面调查土壤侵蚀、侵蚀沟道和水土保持措施现状,掌握土壤侵蚀动态变化情况,为科学评价水土保持效益及生态服务价值提供基础数据,为国家水土保持生态建设提供决策依据。结合朝阳市水土保持普查工作开展情况对普查工作的难点和经验进行分析。
