目的：总结性分析产程中镇痛分娩配合体位护理的临床效果。方法：将145例经阴道分娩孕妇根据分娩手术方式的不同分为研究组（80例）和对照组（65例），对照组给予产程常规护理，研究组给予腰部硬膜外麻醉联合阻滞麻醉配合体位护理，比较两组总产程用时和镇痛效果。结果：研究组总产程短于对照组，其中研究组镇痛总有效率为98.8%（79/80），对照组镇痛总有效率为35.4%（23/65），两组比较差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论：产程中镇痛分娩配合体位护理，可有效减轻产妇分娩疼痛，加快产程进展，具有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective: To summarize the clinical effect of labor analgesia and delivery in coordination with position nursing. Methods: One hundred and forty-five pregnant women of vaginal delivery were divided into study group (80 cases) and control group (65 cases) according to different delivery methods. The control group was given routine nursing of labor and the study group was given lumbar epidural anesthesia combined with block anesthesia With body care, the two groups of total labor duration and analgesic effect were compared. Results: The total length of labor in the study group was shorter than that in the control group. The total effective rate of analgesia was 98.8% (79/80) in the study group and 35.4% (23/65) in the control group, with significant difference between the two groups P <0.05). Conclusion: Labor analgesia and delivery with body position nursing, can effectively reduce the pain of childbirth delivery, accelerate the progress of labor, has a high clinical value.
