自省式教学,不仅关注已有的教学活动和教学行为,而且注重对教学主体、客体的不断探究、质疑,对发现的问题,能自觉矫正并合理地进行自我评价,追求教学实践的合理性。教师一般需从教学前、教学中和教学后三个阶段进行全面的自省,不仅要树立自省意识,掌握自省方法,还应积极地把自省成果转化到教学行为的转变上来。
The introspective teaching not only pays attention to the existing teaching activities and teaching behaviors, but also pays attention to the continuous inquiry and questioning of the subjects and objects of the teaching. It can self-correct and reasonably evaluate the problems found and pursue the rationality of teaching practice. Teachers generally need to conduct a comprehensive self-examination from pre-teaching, teaching and post-teaching three stages, not only to establish awareness of self-examination, master self-examination methods, but also to actively transform self-examination results into changes in teaching behavior.
