在搭拆扣件式钢管脚手架中,操作人员为松动卡紧的螺栓,常常用扳手敲击扣件。这样做容易损坏扳手,造成不应有的浪费。扣件式钢管脚手架所用的直角、对接和回转扣件,螺栓直径均为12毫米,螺母外径为22毫米。我公司利用8～30毫米的短头钢筋,将端头锻打,开口比螺母外径大2毫米,制成专用扳手。扳手的构造见图1。这不仅节约了购买扳手的费用,而且使用方便灵活,深受工人的欢迎。
In the detachable fastener type steel pipe scaffolding, the operator loosens the tightened bolt and often uses a wrench to strike the fastener. Doing so easily damages the wrench, causing unnecessary waste. The right-angle, butt and swivel fasteners used for fastener-type steel scaffolds are 12 mm in diameter and 22 mm in diameter. Our company made use of 8 to 30 mm short steel rebars to forge the ends and make the opening 2 mm larger than the outer diameter of the nut to make a special wrench. The structure of the wrench is shown in Figure 1. This not only saves the cost of purchasing wrenches, but it is also convenient and flexible to use and is welcomed by workers.
