有效的教学评价不只是认定,更重要的是激励和调控。在教学中我们对学生的评价要力图做到日常化,从学生的课堂表现、日常学习跟踪、课堂评价、作业、学生日记等多方面对学生进行评价,激发学生主动学习的动力,真正体现评价的功能,使之有效地引导教师改进教学,完善教学过程,促进学生全面发展。
Effective teaching evaluation is not just recognition, but more importantly, motivation and regulation.
