概述了马铃薯腐烂线虫( Ditylenchus d estructor)的形态特征、分类地位、生物学特性以及由该线虫引起的甘薯茎线虫病的发病规律和防治要点;列举了世界上关于甘薯种质资源抗线虫机制和线虫致病机理研究的新进展。马铃薯线虫的口针分泌物具有致病作用,可诱导抗病品种的组织产生抗病过敏反应;甘薯品种“鲁薯78066”和“胜利百号”的周皮木栓层和一些特殊形态结构是阻止该线虫侵入和扩展的屏障。
