[目的]探讨nm23-H1及CD44v6在非小细胞肺癌中表达的意义及与预后的联系。[方法]用免疫组织化学LSAB染色法,研究84例非小细胞肺癌中nm23-H1及CD44v6的表达及与淋巴结转移的关系。[结果]59.6%的腺癌和54.1%的鳞癌有nm23-H1的表达;在有淋巴结转移的肺癌中nm23-H1表达的阳性率为21.9%,而无淋巴结转移的肺癌中其表达率高达78.8%,两者差异具非常显著性。53.2%的腺癌和56.7%的鳞癌有CD44v6的表达;在有淋巴结转移的肺癌中CD44v6表达的阳性率为96.9%,而无淋巴结转移的肺癌中其表达率仅为28.8%,两者差异具非常显著性。[结论]nm23-H1的表达与非小细胞肺癌的淋巴结转移呈负相关,CD44v6的表达与非小细胞肺癌的淋巴结转移呈正相关,参与和调节淋巴结的转移过程,是观察预后的重要指标,对于非小细胞肺癌的预后有重要意义。
[Objective] To explore the significance of nm23-H1 and CD44v6 expression in non-small cell lung cancer and its relationship with prognosis. [Methods] The expression of nm23-H1 and CD44v6 and its relationship with lymph node metastasis were studied in 84 cases of non-small cell lung cancer by immunohistochemical staining with LSAB. [Results] The expression of nm23-H1 was detected in 59.6% of adenocarcinomas and 54.1% of squamous cell carcinomas. The positive rate of nm23-H1 expression in lung cancer with lymph node metastasis was 21.9%, but no lymph node metastasis. The expression rate in lung cancer was as high as 78.8%, and the difference was very significant. 53.2% of adenocarcinomas and 56.7% of squamous cell carcinomas had CD44v6 expression; in patients with lymph node metastases, the positive rate of CD44v6 expression was 96.9%, but in lung cancer without lymph node metastasis, the expression rate was only 28.8%, the difference between the two is very significant. [Conclusion] The expression of nm23-H1 was negatively correlated with the lymph node metastasis of non-small cell lung cancer. The expression of CD44v6 was positively correlated with the lymph node metastasis of non-small cell lung cancer. Participating in and regulating the metastasis of lymph nodes was an important indicator of prognosis. The prognosis of non-small cell lung cancer is of great significance.
