目的探讨大蒜素对宫颈癌Hela细胞增殖的影响。方法不同浓度的大蒜素作用于体外培养的Hela细胞,倒置显微镜下观察Hela细胞的形态学变化,采用MTT法检测大蒜素对Hela细胞增殖抑制能力,流式细胞术分析大蒜素对Hela细胞凋亡的影响。结果 MTT显示大蒜素能抑制人宫颈癌Hela细胞的增殖,并具有时间-剂量依赖性;流式细胞术测定结果显示50μg/ml浓度大蒜素可明显诱导Hela细胞凋亡,并将细胞周期阻滞在G2/M期。结论大蒜素对人宫颈癌Hela细胞增殖有抑制作用,其抑制作用与诱导Hela细胞凋亡和阻抑细胞周期有关。
Objective To investigate the effect of allicin on the proliferation of cervical cancer Hela cells. Methods HeLa cells were cultured with different concentrations of allicin. The morphological changes of Hela cells were observed under inverted microscope. The inhibitory effect of allicin on the proliferation of Hela cells was detected by MTT assay. The apoptosis of Hela cells was analyzed by flow cytometry Impact. Results MTT showed allicin could inhibit the proliferation of human cervical cancer Hela cells in a time-and dose-dependent manner. The results of flow cytometry showed that allicin at a concentration of 50μg / ml could induce Hela cell apoptosis significantly, and cell cycle arrest In G2 / M period. Conclusion Allicin has an inhibitory effect on the proliferation of human cervical cancer Hela cells. The inhibitory effect is related to the induction of apoptosis and the suppression of cell cycle in Hela cells.
