本文用氢化物发生-原子荧光法研究水体中硬酸盐的微生物转化。其中单质硒是主要产物,同时有挥发态硒生成。在反应器中测定到了亚硒酸根,认为亚硬酸根是硒酸根微生物转化的中间产物。
In this paper, the hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry was used to study the microbial transformation of hard acid salts in water. Elemental selenium is the main product, while volatile selenium generated. Selenite was measured in the reactor and it is believed that the sulfite is an intermediate product of selenate microbial transformation.
