我院应用由上海第二军医大学研制的α─干扰素治疗外阴营养不良2例取得满意效果，现报道如下。l病历介绍例l，女，17岁，学生。因外阴搔痒1年前来就诊。查体发现：外阴萎缩，皮肤，粘膜颜色变浅，大小阴唇沟间变白，小阴唇变白变平，皮纹消失，弹性差，阴蒂花白变薄。病理报告?
