随着市场经济体制的改革、高校招生规模的不断扩大,高校资产的管理工作也倍加受人关注。因为它是高校提高教学质量与科研水平的核心力量,同时也是高校其他经营活动的物质基础。但是纵观我国高校资产管理工作还依然存在着许多漏洞与不足,这些问题的存在已经严重地影响高校的教学质量和社会服务质量,所以分析高校资产的现状,提出些针对性的建议有效地避免国有资产的流失与浪费是具有现实意义的。本人想结合自己工作经验谈谈个人肤浅的看法,希望对高校的经营管理起到小小的作用。
