目前我省“系统职务培训与应急短期培训相结合”的模式对系统提高中小学教师的专业理论知识和能力具有实用、高效的特点。未来继续教育模式将随着信息技术的飞速发展转向以现代教育技术培训为重点 ,以提高中小学教师实施素质教育的能力为核心。这种模式可称为“现代教育技术‘双轮式’培训”。
At present, the mode of combining “system job training with short-term emergency training” in our province has practical and efficient features to improve the professional theoretical knowledge and ability of primary and secondary school teachers systematically. With the rapid development of information technology, the mode of continuing education in the future will focus on the training of modern educational technology, with the core of improving the ability of primary and secondary school teachers in implementing quality education. This model can be called “two-wheeled training in modern educational technology.”
