目的观察动物ig仙丹升血颗粒的急性毒性和长期毒性反应。方法 ig小鼠做急性毒性试验,观察中毒症状并测定LD50及95%平均可信限;以22.5、45、90 g.kg-1.d-1生药量ig大鼠连续6月,观察大鼠生长发育、血液学、血液生化学、病理形态学、病理组织学变化及停药1月后上述指数的变化。结果小鼠LD50为266.45 g.kg-1。长期ig高剂量组大鼠丙氨酸氨基转换酶有明显升高,停药1月后生化指标无统计学差异。其余各项指数均未见异常。结论仙丹升血颗粒中、低剂量为相对安全剂量,高剂量引起ALT升高,在临床研究中应予以注意。
Objective To observe the acute toxicity and long-term toxicity of ig xiandan shengxue granule. Methods ig mice were subjected to acute toxicity test to observe the symptoms of poisoning and to determine the LD50 and 95% average confidence limit. Rats were treated with 22.5, 45 and 90 g.kg-1.d-1 crude drug for 6 months, Growth and development, hematology, blood biochemistry, pathomorphology, histopathological changes and withdrawal after 1 month of the above index changes. Results The mouse LD50 was 266.45 g.kg-1. Long-term high-dose ig alanine aminotransferase was significantly increased, after stopping the biochemical indicators after 1 month no significant difference. The rest of the index were no exception. Conclusion Xuedan Shengxue granule, low dose of a relatively safe dose, high dose caused by elevated ALT, in clinical studies should be noted.
