目的:建立一种同时测定藏药五味沙棘口服液中栀子苷、甘草酸单铵盐、甘草苷、木香烃内酯、去氢木香内酯含量的HPLC方法。方法:采用Diamonsil C18(2)色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈(A)-0.2%磷酸(B),梯度洗脱;流速1.0 m L/min;检测波长220 nm。结果:所选的5种指标成分线性关系良好,精密度、重复性、稳定性的RSD都低于3%,平均加样回收率分别为99.95%、95.00%、100.26%、99.82%、101.33%。结论:该方法方便、准确、专属性强,可作为五味沙棘口服液质量控制的进一步补充。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for simultaneous determination of geniposide, glycyrrhizic acid monoammonium salt, liquiritin, wood ketone lactone and dehydrocostus lactone in the Tibetan medicine Seabuckthorn oral liquid. Methods: Diamonsil C18 (2) column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used as the mobile phase. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile (A) -0.2% phosphoric acid . Results: The RSDs of the five indexes were good, the RSD of precision, repeatability and stability were less than 3%, and the average recoveries were 99.95%, 95.00%, 100.26%, 99.82% and 101.33% . Conclusion: The method is convenient, accurate and specific and can be used as a supplement to the quality control of the oral liquid of the five-flavored sea buckthorn.
