西德对桥梁上部结构的支座非常重视,并为桥梁设计制造了一种带刻度的支座。如图所示,刻度尺安装在支座的上板,指针安装在下板,既可用来观测施工过程中的位移,亦可用来测定因温度变化而引起的位移。目前,西德的有关部门已将这种实测桥梁支座位移定为桥梁管理的指标之一。
West Germany attaches great importance to the bearing of the superstructure of the bridge and designs a graduated bearing for the bridge design. As shown in the figure, the scale is mounted on the upper plate of the support and the pointer is mounted on the lower plate, which can be used to observe the displacement during construction and can also be used to measure the displacement due to temperature changes. At present, the relevant departments of the West Germany have set the measured displacement of bridge abutment as one of the indicators of bridge management.
