本文结合当前司法改革的重要性,从司法鉴定工作的现状出发,分析了文书鉴定标准化建设的重要内容,探讨了新形势下文书鉴定标准化建设的改革措施。指出,改组相关鉴定机构,加强鉴定机构的资质认证,提高鉴定人员的资格要求,严格认证人员的资格审查,提高鉴定技术的科学水平,人员鉴定质量标准,有关机构设定的奖惩制度等等,都是文书鉴定改革的重要内容,对司法改革提出了建设性的意见和建议。
Based on the importance of judicial reform at present, this paper analyzes the important contents of standardization of document appraisal from the current situation of forensic appraisal, and discusses the reform measures of standard appraisal of document appraisal in the new situation.
